Cannot recommend Roadrunner enough!
I have caught more shuttles than I can count with Roadrunner over the past several years and can say with absolute confidence that they're by far the most reliable, comfortable and safe shuttle company in Guatemala! The booking system is soooooo easy, customer service is on point, they have the friendliest/most considerate/safest drivers I have experienced, and by far the most comfortable shuttles.

I use RoadrunnerGuatemala at least 2-4 times a month to get around Guate. I have ridden their shuttles 100s of times and always been super happy with the experience! The drivers are all lovely and safe drivers. They typically have multiple pickup locations across the different cities they service or you can ask them to pick you up where you are when booking online! I recommend them weekly to travelers and friends that visit here.
