How does Roadrunner actually work?
It’s simple. You choose a private or shared shuttle, book online or through one of our partner hostels, and we’ll take it from there. Some rides are operated by our team, others by local partners we know and trust. Either way, you’ll get a confirmed seat, clear details, and support from real people—start to finish.
What’s the difference between private and shared shuttles?
Private rides are fully customizable—you choose the time, pickup location, and who’s coming with you. Great if you’re traveling as a group, need more flexibility, or just want the shuttle to yourself.
Shared rides run on set schedules with pickups at hostels and central locations. They’re ideal if you’re heading to a major destination and want a simple, affordable way to get there.
Can I trust that my shuttle will actually show up?
Yes—and honestly, that’s the whole reason RoadRunner exists. We were tired of the same stuff you’ve probably dealt with: no-shows, late pickups, and zero communication. So we built something better. We only list rides we can guarantee, and we stay in touch every step of the way. You’ll know when and where your ride is coming—and if anything changes, we’ll let you know right away.
Where do I book and how far in advance should I do it?
You can book right here on our website or scan a QR code at one of our partner hostels. For shared shuttles, we recommend booking at least 12 hours in advance to lock in your seat. Booking last minute? Send us a message—we’ll let you know what’s still available and help you get sorted.
